It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Esther L. Morales; beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She passed away peacefully in her home at the age of 84; surrounded by her loving family. Esther was born in Nogales, Arizona, on November 23, 1940. She married Luis Alberto Morales, with whom she shared a long and devoted life. Together they raised five children: Luis Alberto Jr. (Mabel), Richard (Josie), Rachel (Miguel), Angelica, and Cody (Katy). She was a strong, nurturing and admirable woman that had a powerful and positive influence on educating and instilling values for her family and all those around her. She loved her family and took joy in cooking for get together and celebrations. She enjoyed watching her novelas, eating a large steak, and laughing around the dinner table. Esther also had a deep love for colorful clothing and decoration, always adding brightness and personality to every space she touched.Esther was a trusted pillar in the business community, working in Real Estate in Nogales for over 30 years.. She was a fearless trailblazer of her time, when it was not yet common for women to become business owners. She was a successful Real Estate Broker, who earned the respect and trust of clients and the community through her integrity and deep knowledge of the industry. She is survived by her five children, many grandchildren, great grandchildren and her two siblings, Milo Lopez (Ramona)and Rachel Morgan (Richard), who will carry her memory forward. Esther will be remembered for her warmth, her eccentric nature, and the strong presence she held in the lives of all those who knew her. Esther was compassionate and kind while being strong willed and resilient. She will be dearly missed by all those who loved her.
